I’m writing this post prior to a post on who I am as a leader.
I’m hoping that this will help me in thinking about what changes I want to make as leader.
An obvius place to look around would be at my school, but I’d also like to consider leaders in different aspects of my life.
Perhaps a musician who is effective at leading a group? Or someone in government?
